This KYDEX thermoform sheet is compatible with the TrueTimber - Viper - Western pattern and features a graphic that is applied using our industry-leading digital infusion process. Our process ensures the graphic is thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX sheet, while preserving the original texture and size of the sheet better than any other infusion product. The base sheet is a 0.08-gauge cell/smooth finish Desert Tan KYDEX, sold in (11.5 x 11.5) inch nominal size sheets. KYDEX thermoform sheets are very similar to both Holstex and Boltaron in the way they form when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, the material will hold the shape of the item used to mold it. In its cooled state, it is highly durable and lightweight, making it a popular choice for a variety of applications, including holster making, cosplay costume creation, keel guard protectors, and much more.

The infused pattern on this sheet is TrueTimber - Viper - Western, and it is applied using our leading digital infusion process. This process allows the graphics to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet, while preserving the original sheet's texture and size. The thermoform sheet is 0.08 inches thick, making it easy to form. To use the Kydex thermoform sheet, simply score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered, heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range, and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape.
