Thermoforming Quick Steps | Easy to Form | Knife Sheath Example To use KYDEX V thermoform sheets, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to 300-375 degrees Fahrenheit and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
