KYDEX V Thermoform Sheets are premium, cell/smooth texture sheets in V grade (regrind KYDEX) with a P1 textured finish and no blemishes. Widely used for holster and sheath making, they can create thermoform imprints of almost any surface or shape. This popular material is employed by amateur and professional holster makers to craft quality, professional grade KYDEX sheaths and holsters of almost any size and shape. KYDEX V thermoform plastic sheets are durable, not prone to shrinkage, color loss, or shape deformation.

The #8 Eyelet Setting Tool (includes Base & Ram) is designed to create a "rolled" finish on 1/4 inch eyelets. This set comes with both the eyelet ram and base. To use, simply align the pre-rolled portion of the eyelet in the base cup and apply gentle tapping pressure with a hammer. This economy flaring tool allows for excellent eyelet flaring results with minimal practice, keeping project costs low and bench space requirements at a minimum.

Commonly called "Black Chicago Screw Assemblies", the SPTHA Holster Attachment Hardware (0.250 Model) are black oxide coated slotted post truss head holster attachment mounting assemblies. Introduced in the early 2000's, these are used for mounting belt clips and other common holster attachments, such as Tek-Loks, Combat Loops, FOMI clips, Flush mount clips, Molle locks, and more.

For DIY Thermoforming, Kydex V Thermoform Sheet is similar to other materials like Holstex and Boltaron, forming when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, it retains the shape, becoming durable and lightweight. This versatile material is widely used in thermoform holster making, cosplay costume creation, removable surface coverings, keel guard protectors, and more.

To use Kydex V thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to 300-375 degrees Fahrenheit and place over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand edges to the desired shape.

The CKK Eyelet Hand Setter and Base are designed to help bind two or more pieces of KYDEX, Leather, Canvas, or other materials using standard binding eyelets. With a couple of simple taps with a hammer on the flaring ram, you can quickly set these #8 eyelets with a blemish-free rolled finish.
