To use the BOLTARON thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range and place it over the object. Using the HOLSTEX Molding Foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape.

The IWB SoftLoops are the original HolsterSmith brand IWB (inside-the-waistband) soft loops. They are used to securely hold a gun holster and/or knife sheath to the inside of your waistband. This soft mounting loop affixes to your sheath or holster with a standard post assembly mount (included) and has a 3-point adjustable, directional locking (Pull-the-dot) snap closure for ultra-secure carry.

The #8-9 Binding Eyelets (8-Pack) are designed for binding materials with combined thicknesses from .160 inch up to .185 inch. This allows for the proper roll-over head flaring needed to securely bind the combined materials. The through-hole needed for this eyelet is 0.250 inches, ensuring that the materials being bound do not shift or misalign.

This sheath kit goes a step further by providing the HOLSTEX Molding Foam and an Eyelet Hand Setter to aid in the completion process. The HOLSTEX Molding Foam is the top of the class for thermoform molding applications, and the Hand Setter is designed to create a "rolled" finish on the eyelets.
