The Reaper Black - Blizzard White pattern is applied to our KYDEX thermoform sheet using our industry-leading digital infusion process. This process allows the graphic to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the sheet while maintaining the original sheet's texture and size better than any other infusion product. By preserving the sheet's original texture, our process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before, resulting in the best infusion print on the market.

KYDEX Thermoform Sheet is a versatile material, similar to Holstex and Boltaron, that can be heated and molded around objects. Once cooled, it retains the shape of the item used to mold it, resulting in a durable and lightweight finish. This material is widely used in holster making, cosplay costume creation, keel guard protectors, and many other applications.

The Infused Prints are created using our leading digital infusion process, which allows the graphics to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet while preserving the original sheet's texture and size. This process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth that is unmatched by other infusion products, making it the best infusion print on the market.

To use the Kydex thermoform sheet, simply score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered, heat it to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range, and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape.
