The KYDEX sheets feature a P1 "Hair Cell" texture, the most common texture for holsters, sheaths, and other carry items. This uniform texture across the surface of the material produces a non-reflective, scratch-resistant finish, ensuring a high-quality and visually appealing result.

To use the KYDEX thermoform sheets, simply score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered, heat it to a range of 300-375 degrees Fahrenheit, and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to your desired shape.
