Our Compatible with Mossy Oak - Country Roots - Evergreen pattern is applied with our industry-leading digital infusion process. This process allows the graphic to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet, yet maintains the original sheet's texture and size better than any other infusion product. By maintaining the most original sheet texture, our process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before, making it the best infusion print on the market.

For DIY thermoforming, Kydex Thermoform Sheet is very similar to both Holstex and Boltaron in the way it forms when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, this material will keep the shape of the item that was used to mold the shape into place. In its cooled state, it is highly durable and lightweight, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including thermoform holster making, cosplay costume creation, removable surface coverings, keel guard protectors, and much more.

The texture applied to the surface of the Kydex sheet is referred to as P1 "Hair Cell," which is a common texture for holsters, sheaths, and other carry items. This uniform texture across the surface of the material produces a non-reflective, scratch-resistant finish.

To use the Kydex thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered, heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range, and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape.
