Our leading digital infusion process is used to apply the Urban Digital Camo pattern. This process allows the graphic to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet, yet maintains the original sheet's texture and size. By preserving the most original sheet texture, our process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before.

The base sheet is a .080 gauge, cell/smooth finish Battleship Gray KYDEX. Specifications are as follows: Material = KYDEX, Gauge = .080, Pattern = Urban Digital Camo, and Texture = Cell/Smooth. The Graphic Process is Digital Infused, and the Size is (1) 8 x 12 Inches.

Once cooled, this material will retain the shape of the item used to mold it. In its cooled state, it is highly durable and lightweight. It finds wide use in holster making, cosplay costume creation, keel guard protectors, and much more.

The Infused Pattern is Urban Digital Camo, applied through our leading Digital Infusion Process. This process thermally bonds the graphics to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet, while preserving the original sheet's texture and size. By maintaining the most original sheet texture, our process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before. This is the best infusion print on the market.

The Thickness is 0.08 Inches, and it is Easy to form: To use the KYDEX thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range and place over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand edges to the desired shape. (Detailed instructions are included with the order.)
