Our Holstex Basketweave Infused Graphic Sheet is easy to mold and form. The basic steps are: 1) Heat the material to forming temperature (+/- 300° F), 2) Place in mold or press around object to be formed, and 3) Allow sheet material to cool to shape. We provide complete thermoform molding instructions with each sheet, included in the package.

Unlike screen printing or normal ink jet printing, the graphic on this material is infused into the top layer of the Holstex Basketweave sheet under heat and pressure. This results in a highly durable, scratch-resistant graphic that will not fade and is integrated into the material, rather than just printed on top.

We offer this material in both small and large sheet sizes to accommodate projects of any scale. The 8 x 12 inch sheet size is perfect for single item projects like gun holsters and knife sheaths, while the 12 x 12 inch size works great for larger multi-item projects such as gun & knife combo holster/sheath sets.
