The Kydex PC Textured Thermoform Sheet is incredibly easy to work with. To use it, simply score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object you wish to cover, heat the material to a temperature range of 300-375 degrees Fahrenheit, and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove the formed piece and sand the edges to your desired shape.
