Once cooled, this material will keep the shape of the item that was used to mold the shape into place. In its cooled state, it is very durable and lightweight, making it a versatile choice for a variety of applications, including thermoform holster making, cosplay costume creation, removable surface coverings, and keel guard protectors.

Easy To Form And Use: To use Kydex V thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range and place over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand edges to the desired shape. Detailed instructions are included with the order.
