Our industry-leading digital infusion process allows the Snake Skin - Purple Rattler pattern to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet, while preserving the original sheet's texture and size better than any other infusion product. By maintaining the most original sheet texture, our process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before, making this the best infusion print on the market.

The base sheet is a 0.08 gauge cell/smooth finish Purple Haze KYDEX, sold in (11.5 x 11.5) inch nominal size sheets. The material specifications are as follows: Material - KYDEX, Color - Purple Haze, Thickness/Gauge - 0.08 Inch, Size - (11.5 x 11.5) Inches, Pattern - Snake Skin - Purple Rattler, Texture - Cell/Smooth.

The Infused Prints are applied using our leading digital infusion process, which allows the graphics to be thermally bonded to the top layer of the KYDEX thermoform sheet while preserving the original sheet's texture and size. This process enables the graphic to display a 3D depth like never before, making it the best infusion print on the market.

KYDEX Thermoform Sheet is very similar to both Holstex and Boltaron in the way it forms when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, the material will retain the shape of the item used to mold it. In its cooled state, it is highly durable and lightweight, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including holster making, cosplay costume creation, keel guard protectors, and much more.

To use the Kydex thermoform sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered. Heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape.
