The HOLSTEX Carbon Fiber Textured Sheets are the most advanced material available for holster and sheath making use. This texture variant, called "Carbon Fiber," features a 3D textured surface. HOLSTEX is the world's only thermoform sheet material that offers a dual-side texture finish as a standard option, ensuring ultimate formability with the texture uniformly visible from any angle in the final formed object. No other material offers this standard feature, effectively doubling the application potential of the material.

The #8 Eyelet Setting Tool, which includes a base and a ram, is designed to create a "rolled" finish on 1/4 inch eyelets. To use, simply align the pre-rolled portion of the eyelet in the base cup and apply gentle tapping pressure with a hammer. This economy flaring tool will keep your project cost low and your need for bench space at a minimum, while producing excellent eyelet flaring results with minimal practice.

The SPTHA Holster Attachment Hardware (0.250 Model), commonly known as "Black Chicago Screw Assemblies," are black oxide coated slotted post truss head holster attachment mounting assemblies. These were introduced in the early 2000's for mounting belt clips and other common holster attachments, such as Tek-Loks, Combat Loops, FOMI clips, Flush mount clips, Molle locks, and many more.

For DIY thermoforming, the Holstex Carbon Fiber Textured Sheet is very similar to Kydex and Boltaron in the way it forms when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, this material will keep the shape of the item that was used to mold the shape into place. In its cooled state, it is very durable and lightweight, making it widely used in thermoform holster making, cosplay costume creation, removable surface coverings, keel guard protectors, and much more.

To use the Holstex Carbon Fiber Textured Sheet, score and cut a piece slightly larger than the object being covered, heat the material to a 300-375 degree Fahrenheit range, and place it over the object. Using forming foam, press the material around the object and allow it to cool in position. Once cooled, remove and sand the edges to the desired shape.

The CKK Eyelet Hand Setter and Base are designed to help you bind two or more pieces of KYDEX, Leather, Canvas, or virtually any material using standard binding eyelets. With a couple of simple taps with your hammer on the flaring ram, you'll quickly be setting these #8 eyelets with a blemish-free rolled finish.

Each 0.250 SPTHA Slotted Post Holster Mounting Assembly includes a 0.250 Inch Slotted Post (Black Coated), a 0.250 Inch Phillips Truss Head Screw (Black Coated), and a 0.125 Inch EDPM Washer.
